Yoshi 15, Will 7 and Seiji 5. They are the best boys any one could ask for.
Yoshi is a student at Taylorsville High School. He is a very dedicated student. He gets up every morning at 5:30 so he can go to early morning seminary. Then he goes to Taylorsville until 12:40 and then he goes to Murray High School to take a Japanese and a Law class. He has school until 2:30. Then he goes to work at Fremont Elementary from 3:30 until 6:00. He is a great teenager. Don't get me wrong we do have those teenage moments, but that is just a part of life.
Will is in the 2nd grade at Fremont. He loves his teacher and all of his friends. At SEP his teacher told us that more than half the class would call him their best friend. He is taking piano lessons and is playing Jr. Jazz Basket Ball. Grant is the coach. Will is a natural peace maker. He is always making sure that everyone is happy. Sometimes I feel bad because I notice that he gives up a lot of things.
Seiji is now in kindergarten. He really likes school and he has a teacher who is the perfect fit for him. Seiji is a very head strong boy. Once he decides to do something you can not get him to change his mind. He loves to work out side with his Grandpa Akagi either in the yard in the summer or shoveling snow in the winter. One day he asked his Grandma Akagi if she would walk to Disneyland with him. The trip got cancelled because it snowed.
Grant is the greatest husband and father. He is always giving most of his time to his family. He plays games with the boys and at times it can get out of control. He loves to go snowboarding with our oldest son Yoshi. He said it is hard to keep up with Yoshi, because he is so good.
He works as a financial adviser he really likes to help people so they will have a great financial future. We go to a Japanese ward in SLC. Grant is now serving as the bishop. He is really enjoying the calling and he loves all of the members of our ward. On top of all of this Grant is going to the U of U. He is taking a Japanese class. He should have his degree in a year or two.
Jeanette I am so lucky to be able to be a stay at home mom. I love it and I wouldn't trade it for any thing. Before Misa came I helped out at the school two days a week. I am Co PTA president. I like being involved at my kids school. It helps me to know what is going on at school and to be able to make a difference. It is also nice to see Will and Seiji at school.
